- Build, configurator, catalog, ongoing management and growth
A custom mouthguard isn't a pick-a-size product. Each one has a coverage depth, a thickness and a colour, and it's moulded to the customer's teeth. The shop had the craft and a following; online, it needed a way to sell something made to measure.
The brand is also the founder. The catalog runs from a $69 QuickFit guard to a $567 gold piece and fashion fangs, and the store had to look as designed as the product.

What we did
How the build came together.
Organise by need
Four collections a shopper recognises: QuickFit (20-second mould-and-wear), CustomFit, Night Guards & Retainers, and Accessories.
Configure, don't email
Each custom product carries coverage depth × thickness × 13 colours: 78 combinations, chosen on the product page instead of in a back-and-forth message.
Solve the fitting at checkout
The at-home impression kit and an antimicrobial case are offered as add-ons on the product page, so the fitting problem is solved in the same order.
Give the brand room
A customised Online Store 2.0 theme with an Instagram feed, a blog of care and buying guides, gift cards, a wishlist and an affiliate programme.
- Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme, customised to the brand
- Product configurator: coverage × thickness × 13 colours, 78 variants per custom guard
- At-home impression kit and antimicrobial case as product-page add-ons
- Range from QuickFit ($69) through custom designs to a $567 gold guard, plus fangs
- Instagram feed, care and buying-guide blog, gift cards, wishlist, affiliates page
- Search Console and Shopify analytics review, with a 12-month growth plan
The result
A made-to-order product that sells like an off-the-shelf one.
The add-ons do the work they were built for: most buyers add the impression kit and a case in the same order, so a custom guard ships from one checkout. Shoppers who search for the brand find it first.
We now run the growth programme: a full read of 16 months of search data and the store's own funnel, and a plan for reaching people who search for custom mouthguards but haven't heard of the brand yet.
