Terms of Service

Last updated: October 30, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Gigaverse Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as GigaCommerce (“GigaCommerce”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the GigaCommerce website and free tools, and anything you buy online. Other paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement; where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

Use of the site

You may use the site and tools for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse them — including attempting to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, submit URLs or content you don't have the right to submit, or probe, scan, or test its security without authorisation.

Free tools and audits

The Agentic Commerce Readiness Score, AI Citation Check, and any free audit are provided as-is for informational purposes. They analyse publicly available data and AI-generated assessments, which may be incomplete or imperfect. They are not a guarantee of results and do not create a client relationship.

Engagements and scope

Except for the online purchases below, service descriptions and indicative scope on this site are not an offer or a binding quote. A binding engagement exists only once both parties sign a proposal or statement of work defining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

Online purchases: Store Care, Marketplace Care and add-ons

Store Care plans, Marketplace Care plans, the Black Friday Watch, change hours and fixed quotes can be bought online through your client portal. Payment is taken by Stripe. These purchases need no signed agreement: what you get is what the Store Care page and your checkout describe at the time you buy, and these Terms apply to it. Charges are made by Gigaverse Global LLC and appear on your statement as GIGAVERSE.

Renewal. Plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically every month or year, at the price you started on, using the card on file, until you cancel. Your price holds while your plan stays active.

Term and cancelling. Monthly plans have a 3-month first term, then run month to month with 30 days' notice. You can cancel from the billing page of your portal; a cancelled plan keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for.

Money-back. If you cancel within 30 days of your first plan payment, we refund that first payment in full. Email hello@gigacommerce.co to ask.

Changes to your plan. Upgrades and switches to annual apply straight away and are prorated. Downgrades apply on your next billing date.

Hours and add-ons. Plan hours roll over for one month, up to one month's allowance. Purchased hours don't expire. One-time purchases are non-refundable once the work has started, except where the law says otherwise.

Access. We work through staff or collaborator access that you give us and can remove at any time. We can't start until we have it, and we remove our access within 48 hours of your plan ending.

Failed payments. If a renewal fails, Stripe retries the card and we email you. A plan whose payment is still failing after those retries is cancelled.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the GigaCommerce name and marks are owned by Gigaverse Global LLC or its licensors. Deliverables produced in a paid engagement are governed by that engagement's agreement; absent other terms, you own the deliverables built for you on full payment, and we retain our pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how.

Third-party platforms

Our services interact with third-party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and others). We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or features, except as expressly stated in a signed engagement (for example, a stated stability guarantee window).

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and free tools are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigaCommerce is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or free tools. Liability for paid engagements is addressed in the relevant signed agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date reflects the current version.
