How else it gets framed
The same term carries different emphasis depending on the surface it’s used on. Both readings are correct.
Amazon's AI shopping assistant, called Rufus until Amazon renamed it on May 13, 2026, when it combined Rufus and Alexa+. All US customers can use it free in the Amazon app and website (no Prime membership needed), including straight from the search bar. Amazon describes it as Rufus's product expertise brought together with Alexa+'s personal knowledge, and it still answers from the catalog, reviews and the web, so listing work done for Rufus still applies.
